How pricing works

One number. Counted the boring way.

You should be able to work out your bill without calling us. Here is the whole of it.

What counts as an active staff member.
Someone deployed to one of your sites during that month. One person, one count — moving them between sites, or making them a reliever, never counts them twice.
Billed monthly, on that count.
We total your active staff at the close of each month and bill it. Win a contract and the number goes up. Lose one and it comes back down — no renegotiation, no seats you're stuck paying for.
Every feature is included.
There is no feature tier and there are no padlocks. Patrol, attendance, tickets, AMC, assets, work orders, PPM, petty cash, invoice capture, geofencing and Nanba AI are on every plan, the free one included.
What we add on top.
18% GST, which registered businesses reclaim as input tax credit. Nothing else — no setup fee, no per-site licence, no per-module charge, no AI meter.
